Job Brief:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept in graphic design and illustration with an understanding of UI/UX principles. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, assisting in UI/UX design, and contributing to our brand’s visual identity.
Objectives:
● Increase engagement and followers across all social media platforms
● Increase brand awareness
Responsibilities:
● Brainstorm different creative theme ideas and designs to support design
projects
● Create engaging illustrations that align with our brand guidelines
● Assist in designing UI/UX elements for our products
● Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure
cohesive and impactful design solutions
● Design on-brand illustrations for print and digital
● Enhance our brand illustration style and actively look for ways to extend our
storytelling reach
● Produce different style guides, presentations, and different project
visualization for marketing
● Maintain consistency with our brand guidelines and contribute to the
development of new design standards
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to various
projects
Skills:
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and
Figma
● Experience in graphic design, illustration, and UI/UX design
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and/ or illustration
● A strong portfolio showcasing your design and illustration skills
