What is SCT MoCo?

SCT MoCo is a mobile commerce solution that enables SCT cardholders to use their Smartphones to access their bank accounts and make On-Site or Off-Site financial transactions.

  • On-Site transaction means that the MoCo user is physically present at the place of payment.
  • Off-Site transaction means that the MoCo user does not have to be physically present at the place of payment.
What is needed to start using SCT MoCo?
  • A Smartphone, with either Android (Version 4 or above) or an iPhone (iOS Version 6 or above)
  • Active internet connection and
  • A SCT card.
What is my MoCo ID?

Your MoCo ID is your phone number that you used to register with.

How do I download the SCT MoCo application?

Depending on what phone you are using, iPhone or Android Smartphone, to download SCT MoCo application visit App Store or the Google Play Store respectively.

Do we need to pay to download the SCT MoCo Application?

This is a free application.

Is there any cost associated with the use of SCT MoCo?

SCT MoCo has no additional cost to the customer for any transactions except balance inquiry, which costs only Rs 3.

Does SCT MoCo support cards of other networks such as Visa, MasterCard etc.?

No, SCT MoCo only supports SCT network cards.

What if I have more than one SCT Cards?

You can manage multiple SCT Card using SCT MoCo.

Can we use same PIN used in ATM and POS or do we need to ask for another PIN for this service?

Yes, the same PIN used in ATM and POS can be used for this service too.

What if my phone is lost? Is there a chance that my Card and PIN gets misused?

You don?t need to worry about your card and PIN getting misused. Card data is stored in the mobile but it is encrypted using a highly secure 256bit encryption. PIN is never stored in the mobile. You have to enter the PIN for every transaction that you do through MoCo. Besides, SCT MoCo application is locked with username and password which you have registered during the signup process.

Can I access SCT MoCo Service from overseas?

Yes, you can access SCT MoCo service from any part of the world as long as you have at least one SCT Card with you and an active internet connection.

What is maximum daily limit and per transaction limit using SCT MoCo Service.

All this depends on your bank and the limit of the card; it is the same as your card.

Can I register the same card in multiple devices (mobile/tablet/ipad)?

Yes you can register the same card in multiple devices.

How do I buy QFX movie tickets? Online Commerce.
  • First you need to visit the particular website, in this case http://www.qfxcinemas.com
  • Then you will Login with your QFX username and password.
  • Select the Movie, the Hall and the time you want to watch the movie.
  • Choose the number of tickets you want to buy and click next.

How secure is the SCT MoCo?

We use 2 factors for user authentication. One is the password that you use to Login to the SCT MoCo application. And the other being the PIN you use for every transaction. In addition to this at the transmission level the SCT MoCo gateway is encrypted by 256 bit SSL encryption.
