Terms & Conditions for the Campaign:

  1. The campaign will run from Ashoj 13, 2081, to Ashoj 29, 2081 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. This campaign is open to all users who book flights using the MOCO Digital Wallet during the campaign period.
  3. All users purchasing flight tickets will receive a minimum discount of Rs. 200 on every ticket. 
  4. Rs. 300 discount is only applicable for certain tickets of Yeti Airlines.
  5. Cashback will be applicable on each ticket purchased during the campaign period.
  6. By participating in the campaign, eligible participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Discounts are applied in real-time, and only the discounted amount will be debited from the user’s card.
  8. MOCO reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the campaign and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  9. By participating in the campaign, each customer consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by MOCO for purposes including verifying eligibility, identity verification at the time of use or prize awarding, conducting the campaign, publicity (including photography), and contacting the customer regarding these matters and other promotional purposes.
  10. MOCO retains the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this campaign in whole or in part, and to modify, remove, or add to any of the Terms and Conditions at any time with prior notice. Notice of any changes will be posted on MOCO’s website or communicated through another suitable method.
  11. MOCO is not obliged to provide reasons or enter into correspondence regarding any matters related to the campaign.
  12. MOCO shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, riots, strikes, terrorism, epidemics, industrial actions, fire, floods, droughts, storms, or any similar events.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
