Job Descriptions

· Establish budgets, forecasts future cash flows and provide periodic financial analysis

· Managing income and expenditure accounts

· Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data

· Timely filing of VAT/Taxes and other financial obligations

· Managing financial and accounting software used by the company

· Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

· Monitor budget performance, expenditure control

· Develop, review and update company policies as per Government regulations and NRB directives to Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.

· Maintain up to date agreements related to the organization’s business activities.

· Maintain Documentations with regards to Board of Directors Minutes, Annual General Meetings and ensure filing is done properly.

· Manage all company-wide, policies, procedures, work instructions and compliance records to assure the company of continuous compliance conformance with appropriate standards and regulations.

· Work proactively to assess and prioritize risk and compliance issues and to identify, monitor and improve key processes and internal controls.

· Provides ongoing leadership, advice, consultation and guidance on all matters that pertain to compliance and risk management issues.

· Ensure timely regulatory reporting.

Job Specifications

· CA Finalist/ACCA Finalist/bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred

· Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experiences in similar field for bachelor’s degree and 3 years of article ship in similar field for CA/ACCA Finalist

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Must be well versed with Nepali typing

· Ability to function well in a fast-paced work environment by managing priorities with short deadlines

· Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholders.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

· Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
